Hey everyone – Macie’s had a pretty decent day, although not enough energy for a walk.  She’s drinking water again, which makes me happy, and ate breakfast-and-a-bit, but a little less than dinner.  No groaning, and her bloating seems to be down a bit, although not a huge amount.

Her human is another story.  I’m okay, just have a lot to process (never rains ‘til it pours, eh?), hence my lack of activity here.  I may explain further tomorrow, I may wait.  (While I wear my heart on my sleeve about my animals,  I usually prefer to wait until things are at least mostly processed with my own shit before sharing.)  

I’ve got all the tools I need, and am working through all my self-compassion exercises, plus taking care of me old bod.  Brain is simply not working at 100%… or 80%… or… wait, what was I talking about?  What room am I in?  😜  Don’t worry, I’m wise to my stupid brain tricks, just needing some time to manage them.  Glad I bought some new notebooks.  😀

She finished her dinner after midnight, plus some of her leftovers from the day before.  Then went out to eat snow.  She’s very boney, despite her huge belly, so I’m happy to get as much food into her as she can handle.  Adding bone broth has helped, which also adds liquid, so hopefully her increased diuretics dosage kicks in, because she’s not looking super-comfortable.
